2000 Daniel et Daniel host visiting French Chefs Gerard Boyer and Thierry Voisin. Les Crayeres in Reims, owned by Gerard Boyer, is one of only 37 restaurants in Europe, (21 of them in France), that have 3 Stars in the Michelin Guide Rouge, the guidebook that is the gourmet's Bible.
