Daniel et Daniel host visiting French Chefs Gerard Boyer and Thierry Voisin. Les Crayeres in Reims, owned by Gerard Boyer, is one of only 37 restaurants in Europe, (21 of them in France), that have 3 Stars in the Michelin Guide Rouge, the guidebook that is the gourmet's Bible.

Prominent on the menu were black truffles- six kilograms worth $6,000 and brought in from France, lots of Vintage Champagne from the Moet and Chandon house, and a poached pear and pepper ice cream dessert to end an `utterly unreal' dinner.
