Prince Charles' visit to Canada ended in Toronto with a dinner at Gooderham and Worts distillery. The location was selected as Prince Charles is an advocate of Victorian Industrial Architecture. The who's who of Toronto was in attendance, with a guest list including Hillary Weston, Premier Mike Harris, Mayor Mel Lastman and Margaret Atwood. Many up and coming Canadian artists performed including Chantal Kreviazuk, opera singer Measha Brueggergosman and the band Barrage from Calgary. The musical show was followed by a sit down dinner for 350 guests catered by Daniel et Daniel. "It was such an honor for Daniel et Daniel to be selected to cater the event". Monica Peschmann and Nicholas Pinney organized the intricate coordination of the evening. Here is just a sample of the evening's menu:

atop a Wild Rice & Basmati Pancake

With Raspberry Coulis and fresh fruit garnish
