Daniel et Daniel's Executive Chef, Daniel Clairet, is a believer in hemp because of its flavour, versatility and health benefits.

About hemp, Daniel says, "The oil has a very distinct, nutty taste that's close to walnut oil- it has the same bouquet. It's really light and interesting and I love the green colour."

More D et D & Hemp

Daniel et Daniel provided hemp enhanced food for the Ontario Hemp Alliance's Art exhibition titled Renewal-Celebrating Ontario's Re-emerging Hemp Industry.

D et D's Executive Chef, Daniel Clairet donated the food to the event and said, "I believe in the product: it's very healthy." Daniel uses it both at home and work.
